Description: Expressing the sense of the Congress that the United States should support the efforts of Greece, in its negotiations with the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, to find a solution which promotes a solid, cooperative relationship between these two neighboring countries and that the United States should not establish formal diplomatic relations with the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia until this relationship is established.
