Description: To provide that any interim pay adjustment under the Federal Employees Comparability Act of 1990 which becomes payable to a Federal employee as a result of a revision in the boundaries of a metropolitan or other statistical area in calendar year 1992 shall be payable as if the revision had been effective as of the beginning of such year.
