Description: A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress that the Amateur Basketball Association United States of America and the United States Olympic Committee should promote the adoption of rules that would make all basketball players eligible to compete in the Olympic games and that the United States Olympic Committee should promote the adoption of rules that would make all athletes eligible to compete in the Olympic games.
