Description: A bill to require that amounts withheld by an employer from an employee's wages for child support enforcement purposes under the mandatory income withholding provisions of title IV of the Social Security Act must be turned over to the appropriate State agency or entity (for distribution to the persons entitled thereto) within 10 days after the payment of such wages.
