Description: A bill to amend the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 to require that complaint forms and information on an airline's service record be included with each passenger's ticket and made available at ticket counters, to direct the Secretary of Transportation to determine within 90 days whether any air carrier's scheduling practices constitute unfair and deceptive practices, and for other purposes.
