Description: A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress that the President should renegotiate the 1969 and 1972 agreements concerning a new Soviet embassy in Washington, D.C., and a new United States embassy in Moscow; and that the new agreements should require the Soviets to move their partially completed new embassy from its current Mount Alto site to another suitable site not more than 150 feet above mean sea level.
