Description: A bill to provide that no further reviews of disability cases shall be carried out under the continuing eligibility review program under title II or XVI of the Social Security Act until the Congress has specifically addressed the problems involved and has taken such action as may be necessary to eliminate such problems and otherwise improve the program.
